When you enter Castellamonteyou are impressed by the beautifully painted walls and tastefully decorated rooms. The villa is designed so that each of the 8 bedrooms is separated from the others to give the feeling of being together, yet having privacy. Most of the upper floor contains the master bedroom with its private spa room and vast balcony. The lower part of the house is divided into two sections, the formal section with a living/dining area and then three bedrooms. The informal section contains the wet bar and game room with three bedrooms off of this. One of the master suites is designed to be wheelchair accessible. It is abeachfront villa (private path to beach) The pool and large lower gardens precede the view of the ocean.
